Jedd Fisch -- Deny Today, Depart Tomorrow?

I see 9-3 again next year as well. I don't think they need a portal WR. They already have a lot of talent at WR. I see 10-2 or better in 2027-28. UW needs a #1 portal TE, more than they need a WR. If they can steal Jordan Dwyer from TCU and bring home back to Washington, I'm ok with that…but, Dwyer is only 6'0" tall.
Clay is already going to be big when he comes in, so he should see some playing time, if he can catch. If they can get some decent DL portals then maybe 10-2 next year.
They definitely could use at least a new #2 CB. -
You're right. I thought Demond only played in 3-4 games in 2024.
So Fisch will be gone at the end of the 2027 season, Demond's final season. -
Unless he could somehow get an NFL job before then, Judd would be dumb as fuck to leave UW before 2027. Barring some quick power changes in the Big 10, it could be the softest schedule in Husky history and the core of the team should be good, with Demond almost assuredly back as a senior.
If I'm Jedd (I'm not, for the record). I'm just seeing what I can do in Seattle in 2027 and going from there. On the flip side, 2028 is a tuff ass schedule - road games at Indiana, Ohio State, and Oregon.
-
So let's say Jedd leaves after 2027 …
There will be people here that will skewer the next guy in 2028 regardless of the schedule
Hate the coach … nothing else matters

You're defending an imaginary coach in an imaginary situation?
