To be clear I think people should go to games cause it's fun but isn't a prerequisite for fandom. More of my thoughts were towards the pride of not watching games or being disinterested in them. Same vein as when people ask you to delete their account on here imo

It's an interesting and fine-line issue. In one respect, angry apathy can be said to be a founding principle of this place. It's also, perhaps, an expression of hopelessness and exhaustion. There is no doubt that the Husky fanbase wants a winner. This place is not Stanford or Cal or UCLA. It's a football school.
