Last weekend. Not someone I’m super close with, but I got him to slowly give those details out during a round of golf. He would know.
Also Jedd is working through an extension currently. Doners are split about 50/50 on whether he’s worth it. He’s gonna get one though.

This is the dumbest thing. The boosters that were stupid had the position of "So we're really going to give this guy Petersen's money so soon?"
That's 90% of the reason why I roll my eyes when Petersen is fluffed here or anywhere.
You'd think that "Coach Pete" could take 5 minutes out of his 5 minutes working for Fox to tell them, "Yeah, he's elite, pay him. I don't care."

There was apparently optimism coming from Dannen during the season along the way that it would all work out, at least that’s the message he was delivering to boosters. Boosters were apparently caught a little off guard in the end, but that might’ve revisionist history to scapegoat Dannen. They own this as much as Dannen does in my opinion.
