He was arrested by the FBI, my man. This is the second time this has happened at least, the FBI Director live tweeting an investigation, detaining innocent people, blasting it to the world, and face-planting. It's performative trash that hinders investigations and fucks people's life up. He doesn't need to say a thing.
Let's not forget that Donny T started the whole thing off. Blamed the university police, of course. The university police didn't say a thing about the shooter being in custody. Donny T was the first to say this.
