I just forwarded the data dump to the IT guy a few minutes ago. He will need to access it and then coordinate with the support team, which is in Europe. So the transition should take place Tuesday or Wednesday.

Update…. Because the data dump took Vanilla longer than it was supposed to, I wasn't able to get the data to my IT guy on the day we scheduled (yesterday). Because my project has now overlapped onto another time-sensitive customer's project of my IT guy, it might take our project a bit longer. So let's say it will happen sometime this week and I will keep you guysm updated as soon as I know anything further.
