There are other coaches in the world besides Eck. It still means something to graduate from a school and want to coach there. Dillingham didn't even play football for ASU, Eck did.

Coaching for the school where you played would mean something if said school was a powerhouse that could win championships. Or the coach doesn't place winning above all else.
Wisconsin is not a school where you coach to win big games.
