I have a guy on my team who defends Lake to the death. Makes the dudes in the Debore debate seem like low energy amateurs.
I actually scolded someone the other day for bringing it up at a closing dinner. Like, don't get him fucking started on his retarded arguments. Lake was a dipshit whose Peter Principle was recruiting and coaching DBs. Decidedly not CEO-like.

one other difference would probably be that the 2023 4 stars were heavily weighted towards upperclassmen while our current roster is weighted towards teenagers.
I saw one play against UCLA in which 18 year old John Mills was blocking a 25 year old 7th year DT. Nice.
