A few too many F-bombs for my tastes.

Sexual tensions?

Yes. Grundle.... yes.

I love how you said GLAA literally 10 seconds after a podcast over an hour long was uploaded. I love this bored. Well done!biak1 said:GLAA

Rather amateurish

I will not listen to any more of these, I refuse to support a podcast that is clearly causing a division in the fanbase

Did you send in the 'script for review before production?
-
Excellent
-
has roaddawg been reinstated from his suspension?
-
If I told you three that I listen to the podcast while taking a bubble bath would it make your podcasts a little uneasy?

I did have a gaffe. Dave Wyman is part of the Espn 710 team. I said he was at KJR.

A guy I went to high school with listens to it while he's driving around in his police car.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:If I told you three that I listen to the podcast while taking a bubble bath would it make your podcasts a little uneasy?

miles was fine chest? you must have been watching a different game than I was. Miles basically made 2 good throws, one was the throwback to a wide open coleman, granted it was a long throw and was right on the money. The other was the throw to mickens which was slightly high but should've been hauled in.
Miles is what he is, a game manager -, the majority of his completions were short, easy throws.
Look what happened when they asked him to throw down the field, he threw a horrendous pick which sealed the game, and completely messed up the timing on a sideline route but was bailed out by a PI on Ekre Olamu. I agree, however that Williams proved nothing by the drive in garbage time other than the fact his arm is much better than miles.
I wouldn't mind seeing Williams because as Roaddawg says, I am sick of miles -
the offensive line is giving him time to throw, so that can't be used as an excuse for miles. Can you name one game this season miles has truly looked impressive, possibly Illinois I guess. Against cal 90 of his yards came on a dump off to ross and Cal is one of the worst defenses in the country. I agree he isn't getting much help from the running game, but I'd like to see us go in a different direction
-
Those are good points. I would like to see more of Williams but not yet. This is a guy who was 3rd string until a few weeks ago. He probably has the most upside and could be the guy next season, but I'm guessing he is still too erratic and turnover prone to play meaningful minutes right now.dhdawg said:the offensive line is giving him time to throw, so that can't be used as an excuse for miles. Which is a fair point as well. I don't expect Williams is he's named the starter at some point to light the world on fire. However if you let him work through some of the struggles this year may he end up being a better QB next year? I definitely feel he should be the starter going forward beyond this year.
I wouldn't call Kelly a noodle arm, he strategically uses his legs every once in a while to keep the defense honest.
From what I saw of him last year he was devastating at times on the back shoulder throws working with Strong -
I agree with the final prognosis.
I think ASU is better than us, however at home with the backs up against our wall, with the possibility of a rusty Kelly and rain in the forecast, I think this sets up as a game win can win.
I'd go 27-24 personally -

I'm not buying the argument that Sark leaving had anything to do with him realizing what little talent he had accumulated on his roster. He was gone the day he signed his contract here if USC ever came after him. I'm sure it made his decision all the easier and if by some chance that was a deciding factor its really a blessing in disguise that he is a shitty recruiter because while we have to endure with his recruiting blunders for a few seasons it still puts us lightyears ahead of still being saddled with him.
It will be interesting to track the guys who flipped to USC after Sark took the job there and see how they shake out in a few seasons. Not the 5*s who were already going there, but the shitstains he had coming to UW to specifically play for him and followed him south. With all his recruiting mistakes the fans there are going to be waxing nostalgic for the days when sanctions were their only problem. -
I did forget to mention that Miles has created his own pressure by not standing in the pocket and scrambling before he needed too. He does not throw with anticipation which he must learn to do as he progresses.dhdawg said:the offensive line is giving him time to throw, so that can't be used as an excuse for miles. Agree spoonie. Sark was gone no matter what. He had been waiting forUSC the whole time. We had discussed it before that there was nothing roster wise that gave him pause about leaving. Sark had always talked early about building something special and all that nonsense. He knew he didnt have Sankey and would have to break in a new QB. The timing of the USC job was perfect but he was likely crapping himself after UCLA. Oregon state probably impressed Haden enough.SpoonieLuv said:I'm not buying the argument that Sark leaving had anything to do with him realizing what little talent he had accumulated on his roster.
