One need look no further than Bill Gates, who's as rich as ever despite his constant pledging to "give it all away". Same for all of them who get divorced and take a huge haircut, and then are right back where they were before very long.
If one is advocating for wealth protection for zillionaires, I have no idea why.
They'll be absolutely fine no matter what.
