Can we discuss the phantom stat "rushes"
I have known about the Durfee phenomena since the NC '23 game and I find it really funny that apparently he is the king of this made up stat. Why are we keeping stats on making the quarterback slightly move his feet. I believe it is a made up stat to bring average to bad players on to the stat sheet to garner some NIL money.

Durfee is on the Mount Rushmore of Doog Legends

this stat and PFF grades, specifically OL are some of my least favorite recent develop. Is a pressure that valuable if it just leads to a QB escaping the pocket, etc.

I can’t find the gif from the guy in the student section looking around to the sky in confusion.gif

I think he actually needs his own statue entirely. I can’t think of another “good” player who literally did nothing. Donny Mateaki? Is it fair to include Nathan Rhodes?

I don’t remember them being doog legends. I don’t remember Rhodes playing here? Only thing I remember about either that they were 5 stars back when I followed recruiting.

Etched in stone up there with Sav'ell

Durfee is a class all of his own to me. Guys like Savell were hyped recruits but a lot of hyped recruits never pan out and no one was gassing him one he hit practice. We were told Durfee was unstoppable in a season where our tackles were both NFL rookie starters types and Durfee isn’t even a JAG. He’s a level below that

Is this supposed to mean "hurries"?
