Cuomo was the first with authoritarian restrictions and lockdowns of all Dem governors on Covid, he championed the “no bail” movement which sets criminals free, he was forced from office for harassing and groping women “because that’s what Italians do (we don’t), and yet he’s being sold as some sort of Reagan Democrat against. Nope, I’m all for Mamdani.
Fuck NYC. They deserve to suffer as the rich taxpayers continue to flee and hopefully the GOP continues to do well nationally so there are no federal bailouts to save public pensions. Oh agreed. I’m saying it doesn’t matter if either Cuomo or Sliwa drop out, this thing is over. I know some of these NYC “republicans” types. They would vote for Mamdani instead of Cuomo, just because of the populism element. Lots of the Occupy Wall Street types that broke off and either became Ron Paul or Bernie bros.

What’s hilarious is that Mamdani is calling out Cuomo for his Covid lockdown policies. And his supporters are slurping it down as if they weren’t for any of these policies in the first place. I have no idea where Mamdani stood on Covid in 2020 but his leftists supporters were all for it all.

In 2020 I think he was making Indian rap videos with his mommy doing the videography. No idea if he’d written out a position paper on Covid mandates at that point. Probably not enough time in the day to juggle as it’s not easy to find something that rhymes with Tandoori.
