People always say there's fight or flight. That's not true, there's a third evolutionary reaction: freezing. We see it in people with PTSD, we see this in the animal kingdom. If an animal doesn't think it can win the fight or evade the predator(or in the case of PTSD the stressor), it freezes or plays dead.

People think deer are dumb for being paralyzed by headlights. Those people are stupid, they exist because they've done that. Dante's lizard brain took over at Penn State, but was that fight or flight?

Against Indiana, it was freeze. At least with flight he was running around making plays, even if piss was streaming down his legs. Oregon beats Indiana by 2 TDs with Dillon Gabriel.

Unlike that guy, I do think Moore has arm talent. Beck is just the biggest con artist to win the NIL sweepstakes thus far. Jury is still out on Moore.
