My favorite part of this is how all of these things are just things that happened to us.
-1st and goal from the 2 - it wasn't like we had a guy drop a TD or Demond miss an open guy, missed PI, etc. We tried to run twice and got blown up, false started, etc.
-I think the fake FG was a 44 yarder. Not a guarantee for any kicker, let alone us
-The roughing the passer call was outrageous, but if it's not called our track record for stopping teams on 3rd down there is abysmal
We also stopped them on 4th and 1 inside our own 5. Credit for our play their but they were closer to scoring than our 1st and goal from the 2.
We got a massive break on the punt return fumble which was a good play by us but still kind of a flukey thing. That was the break kind of break we needed and it helped keep us in a game which looked like it was gonna get ugly quick at the time.
