Two things will be true if Penn State can't win this game. It's time to take Franklin out behind the barn and put a slug in his head. He got a bye week, revenge motivation, home field all the way across the country with a white out, joke opponents before this, and has a ton of returning production and talent. Don't win this and it's never happening for him. At the same time, will be a massive statement from Oregon and Land Man.
