Watching cnn and msnbc. It evidently was Charlie Kirks own fault due to his free speech.

Gabby Giffords own husband just said that it was Charlie's fault due to his opinions.

A quote from Mr Giffords: "Words have consequences".

The message is, if you are a Conservative and you are exercising your free speech, you will be killed and it is no ones fault but your own.

I will absolutely agree that Kirk was very effective in engaging and communicating ideas with younger voters. He was a major force in the male GenZ shift toward Trump/conservatives in 2024.

This is a great day for liberals as he was a threat to their stranglehold on that voter bloc. They can resume their pursuit of the youth vote without him going around to campuses and talking about dangerous things like god and free speech and individualism.

Congrats to AOG and HH. Big win for you guys this afternoon. You must be beside yourselves with elation right now.

I just watched a video that I can't link where some democrats in the House said no to a moment of silence for Charlie Kirk.

They are just going to even more openly try and steal elections as they continue their downward spiral into this growing group psychopathy.

There is a movement to take over this "Republic" and turn it into mob rule democracy... They have poisoned the minds of our youth for decades with twisting facts and history.

Some of us remember when it became apparent but it was kept under the radar for several decades before it was noticed.

A lot of us are gone and those who were called "crazy conspirisists" and defamed for their cry to awareness and action to defend this republic were silenced.

We have now entered a point in time where our forefathers predicted and warned us of… "if you can keep it"

Is there enough awareness to understand what has happened…we have been infiltrated, invaded and those who hate us, our existence and our common beliefs in freedom are in entrenched in the very government that was supposed to protect us.

War has been quietly declared upon us from within and most have fallen asleep, drunken with the distractions of everyday life.

This moment and how we respond will determine the fate of " Our Republic"…

Can we keep it? ...or is it already lost?

    What say you?

Great points Blueduck and right on the money. Anyone who has done any amount of work in DC knows this to be absolutely true. Since the 90's it has been nearly impossible to get anything done in DC unless you play the big government game, which is totally run by liberals. Lifers who actively work to undermine the candidates that the Republicans in this country put in office. Most of all our troubles started with that racist swine LBJ. We all know the racial enslavement he created, but what he did that was almost as bad was allow public unions. Unions only allow those who are paid handsomely at the top, make decisions for the little people below. Independents or Republicans don't want to live under that rule, so democrats and their mindless minions populated that space and have controlled it for decades. The power has grown as well as the war chests for all public unions who have historically given exclusively to democrats and they have infiltrated every level of our government.

I don't agree with the defeatist attitude here. Kirk built a machine that has a massive presence on college campuses across the country. I think I heard 300- something employees, 750,000 members, etc. The org is not just about him debating people on camera and I doubt those people will just pack up and go home because he's gone.

I can only imagine how defining this will be to all of those young people to watch a cold blooded public execution and then public celebration by the left.

This won't be a naive set of young people that don't believe there is evil in the world.

When you see students at the event celebrating its a wake up call for sure

This entire plan was laid out in the late 70's early 80's. It was what started the prepper movement. It's been in motion all this time but was difficult to see a snake hard to detect actions were taking place. The move in the schools to communism etc.

It'sreal and it's here. We see it now plainly every day. The left has discarded their masks and push one world order every second. Or resident morons are all in. The violence of just beginning. Trump has a plan and it's the military. They will be fully unleashed shortly to clean this shit up!

public sector unions are full of far left types who can't or won't define a woman, and they're part of the Dimocrat corruption machine in most major cities. It's basically group think. Question it and you're ostracized.

that said, without unions, there would still be 9 year olds working in factories, no weekends, no sick time, PTO etc. Union membership was above 30 percent in the 70s. Now it's below 10 IIRC.

So we have 9 year olds working in factories, no weekends, no sick time, PTO etc. on a wide scale in the non-union private sector? US union workers today are largely working for federal and state and local governments. The biggest threat to non-union private sector workers are the government unions running the dem party and the US Chamber of Commerce who want open borders.
