New season, new thread.
College coaches that get OC jobs in the NFL have to run highly successful and electric offenses in college. Monken, Grubb and the 2019 LSU OC come to mind. If Judd has offenses like that in the next two years and leaves for the NFL that’s fine by me because we’ll be in the playoffs both years.
This whole thing seems more like a divorce situation than an I can’t wait to leave situation.
Do we know he wasn’t throwing the visor around Joeys and the wife said I’m outta here
I think this is from Wikipedia and oddly don't remember hearing it from the media at all every but I think wiki says his dad grew up a Husky fan and think people have said it was kind of for his dad.
Here’s the direct link to the ESPN article referenced in the twat.
I'll always Chin QOTSA
I've never been on the Judd just wants to go to the NFL Chicken Little shit. If Jedd is successful enough in Seattle to take an NFL job it means we had a lot of success and the program needs to be ready for a succession plan or just we will have to deal with falling off a bit again. We went 6-7 after the DeBoer leaving debacle, which was actually pretty decent.
I don't see Judd jumping for an NFL OC coordinator position unless he gets into a situation where he's a lame duck at UW after being mediocre for a few years like a Jeff Hafley BC situation. Dont' NFL OCs make like $1-2 mil? Don't think he would take a massive payout and his offense isn't like a Chip Kelly, Grubb, level thing.
Whatever semi weirdness this Tucson thing is just ends up being a thing where the end result will paint what it was. If we disappoint it was a red flag. If we don't, no one will remember.
What's weird is I never heard that once when I lived in Portland during all the 2016 butthurt, "How come Pete didn't want to cum to MIGHTY Oregon instead he was GA here!!!"
My point still stands, what real connection did him and DeBoer have over Fisch?
Fuck Vanilla
I vaguely remember hearing UW was one of the only if not the only jobs Peterman would take if he left Boise. I wouldn't be surprised if Stanford in the right situation would have been one too. I think it was more of a connection than Judd and DeBoer, but but not much.
Any coach right now whose path isn't to ideally be an NFL coach is a fucking weirdo and/or liar unless they have an actual roots connection to a program like an alum, from the region, etc. You really want to be send Instagram DMs to 16 year olds and sucking up to donors instead of just coaching football with professionals.
It would be great if there was a guy like Harbaugh to Michigan or Kirby to Georgia but that guy isn't out there and I don't expect any coach in 2025 to really commit to a program without a connection like that beyond wanting to win as much as possible in the moment and advance their career.
Why do you hate Cort Dennison?
Now after reading rr official Instagram posts, which verifies what I thought this would be, you have both Arizona and UW fans freaking out because she said "I've" and not "We have"
We need a real game so badly at this point.
Wtf is happening
Modern software development and client relations is what's happening.
