Yes. For me, running/jogging ALWAYS lets me think clearly and deeply. But, my thought on meditation is that you are not using any of your brain to do anything else. That is why once to twice per week works for me. Add in one mile long swim per week and I am set for life. And, yes, EVERTYTHING is degrees. And what works for me works for me. The beauty of this forum is seeing what works for all different types of people. You can (almost) learn from every poast and adapt it to your situation.

Doesn’t make life’s problems disappear but the reaction is much more rational.
Healthy food intake, seven days of exercise including 2 days of yoga (with meditation) is all you need to be healthy. It is not rocket surgery.
Exercise can often be a form of meditation in and of itself.
