Nobody memory holes faster than a leftard. It's like the dazzler doesn't think we can check the not so way back machine and he voted for this. Of course leftard feminists like Team Dazzler think men make the best women.
Employers should have the right to enforce rules of employee behavior in the workplace. If you don't like the rules, or if the rules conflict with your beliefs, there are other things you can do for a living.
Maybe "the tranny" (you assume there was only one offended employee) is a more popular and/or a better employee than your butthurt religionist.
Somehow, I think you would see the issue differently if an atheist employee was terminated for making fun of Christianity anytime co-workers mentioned church or religion in conversation.
Finally, I'm going to venture a guess that anyone who really wants to make a point of offending his co-workers over something so stupid is a miserable colleague for all sorts of additional reasons.
That's the problem. Virtually anyone can make a video for Tick Tock, Facebook, Instagram and whatever and get instant sympathy and hearts over trivial, insignificant shit like bodily functions or the husband who works 55 hours per week not emptying the dishwasher twice in a month. I see an ex who always has to post at least 20 fucking photos of her fake perfect life and plenty of other chicks on social media do this shit.

It goes against my religious beliefs not to deliberately offend the people I work with.
Employers can just fuck off.
#FirstAmendment!
Librarians are well known for throwing their weight around and pissing off the general public (all very quietly).
Trannies on the other hand tend to be extremely level headed and usually just let things go.
Must Defend Everything
Trannies are fucking irritating. Not a point in contention.
So, employers can't enforce any rules in the workplace because some butthurt religionist needs to make a point?
Race and I are apparently in complete agreement.
Employers can just fuck off.
H thinks employees have to embrace mental illness
That's called job security in the White House.
And here we go
Speaking of mental illness
So, employers should just fuck off.
"I can't fire the guy whose religion requires him to piss off the rest of the staff."

Why was the mentally ill thing insulted?
Gasbag is here to support you, Race.
But he sure as shit is going to duck the issue.
The issue is a mentally ill thing got a Christian fired for mot playing along
You support it. I don't
I guess we should be glad the tranny didn't try to kill him which is the usual response

That applies to the tranny as well
The mentally ill employee should be replaced if they can't get along
You defend it. Live it own it
More great Democrat messaging

Or not
Look you support the party of trannies and mutilating children
I don't
We're different
They irritate your dirt star?
