Think only Demond and Miller Moss have the potential for truly great seasons. Demond has been covered and with Moss the head coach/OC will be the difference.
Someone has to natty, so you either go with the teams that have been there before, which is Georgia and Ohio State, both of which have a lot of key players to replace, the coach who has won big at many stops and now has the bluest of blue bloods (DeBoer), the coach who has been there but took the past 5 years off, but now seems to have a really good team (Clemson), two teams that appear stacked but will find a way to lose when the pressure hits in the 4th quarter of a playoff game because their coaches are retarded (Texas, Penn State), or the up and coming coaches who may not have the horses this year (Notre Dame, Oregon).
I could see it. Feels even more wide open than last year. Last year it felt like if Georgia or Ohio State had their shit together they would win. Don't feel like anyone is that level in 2025. Penn State feels like the only team that fits the mold except as pointed out Franklin is a stooge and Allar feels like he will be anti-clutch in big moments.
Yes, but belief is there is enough talent across the D Line to compete for the title.
Also that the replacement TE will be decent and the WRs they brought in will be enough weapons to score.
Their biggest hole (other than QB, not an acknowledged hole but we’ve seen the 4th Q INTs vs Oregon and Notre Dame) is LB ironically. Think they took a UNC transfer to fill that.
This could be the year for a team like Penn State or Clempson or LSU with Ohio State, Ugga, Alabama, Oregon, ND, Tennessee with new QBs and Michigan with whatever the fuck they're doing. I don't include Texas as I live in Austin and they are watching me.
OU had a pretty salty D last year and now they have white jesus in cleats at QB.

No Dante Moore!?!?
I was unaware that Shuck came from USC. I thought it was somewhere else and then somewhere else again. The more you know!
he didn’t. He was Oregon-Texas tech-Louisville.

Yes, I was being intentionally thick. Pretending to be simple and my normal posting must be too close for nuance. I apologize.
I hate to say it but I’m betting grub hub and debonner make a serious run in the cfp. I hate him so don’t twist
Thanks Taft!
I could see it if they have the guy at QB. No clue about that though.
they don't
Penix willed that team to so many wins
The Bama defense looked lost last year
DeBoer is a fish out of water down there and will never go beyond the quarterfinals
Co
lol
Stick to fluffing Fisch
DeBoer year 2 has a pretty strong track record.

Does it not hurt them a little that they lost the BEST PLAYER in the NFL draft??
