What's one rule you'd change in college football?

I'd ban coaches jumping into pools. And also, Notre Dame.
-
Road team cheerleaders required to perform topless would improve the game experience
Especially on brisk Fall days.

I’d like to introduce the mechanism of the rouge into college football.

I kind of like that idea. Putting the goalposts on the goal line should be examined.
Plus the punt for a first down thing the cheeseheads do is kind of fun too.

Not a rule of the sport but more a universal policy adopted by all stadiums/P2 programs, but stop telling everyone else to sit down just because you want to sit. Thanks for paying for a ticket but you honestly need to stay at home if that's your mentality.

There are waaaaay too many "play is under review". Work it more like the NFL which is sparing in these.

Nobody sits in my vicinity, unless you need a timeout to catch your breath or blow into a paper sack, or TDGS(Too Drunk, gotta sit) kinda stuff. I’m the worst fan though

If they want to keep this sport viable moving forward, given how expensive it keeps getting, they're going to need more offense. Offense sells.
- Defenders must declare intent to rush the passer. Undeclared defenders can tackle the QB after he shows clear intent to run.
- Two men in motion at the snap allowed, as is motion toward the LOS.
Another idea I'm toying with is allowing a second forward pass within 10 yards of the LOS as long as they're separated by a backward pitch.
-
All offensive linemen should be eligible receivers. They must declare themselves ineligible if they are strictly there to block.

How about no more blaring music and have the marching band be the main attraction
