Imagine doing around 80 going through Centralia and cop pulls you over because a drone caught you, and then some time later you have a device installed on your car, paying top dollar so that the warranty doesn't get voided, so that something can limit the fuel intake as you approach 65-70 miles per hour.
Then imagine that there are real people that think this is all a good idea and completely justified too, because everybody needs to drive like a 65+ year old fat lezbo everywhere in the state.

Technically it's 10 over in an area with a speed limit of 40 mph or under, and 20 over in an area over 40 mph, that will win the dumb prize.
If they don't punish out of staters the same way it is an unequal application of the law. Unconstitutional.

debateable.... 35 is usually in the city... I think 45 is dangerous. And 20 over is definitely high enough on the highway....
