Well, you and the dementia patient allowed millions of unvetted illegal aliens to invade the US and threaten public safety and you seem to act like this didn't occur. Seems like ignoring US immigration statutes is sort of fascistic.

The U.S. Constitution protects the right to habeas corpus in Article I, Section 9, which states that the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus cannot be suspended, except in cases of rebellion or invasion when the public safety requires it.

Congress makes laws governing immigration. Judges interpret and review those laws for constitutionality. The executive executes those laws as written and interpreted. It’s almost like we have three branches of government and a separation of powers!
