I've done it a few times but for non physical reasons. The physical benefits are certainly a nice bonus. Not sure I could pull it off purely for the physical though.
I don’t think I could manage a 7 day fast. That’s commitment. I’ve done intermittent many times and one and two day fasts quite often. I’ll be doing a 16:8 fast for three days to prime the pump and then a three day water fast right after that. I tried last week, got all the way through my first 24 hours of water fast but forgot I was taking my wife, kids and mother out to dinner Friday night for Mother’s Day. I’ll nail it this week, my body needs the reset.

Pretty beneficial. Extremely difficult.

Fasting in a house with three boys is damn near an impossibility. Too many snacks and shit, even if they're organic and have no dyes, etc in them.
Yeah that's 100% what I was told by a naturopathy doctor. I never did anything near that extreme, and didn't hardly do shit for my ct exam.
Maybe should've done that instead of drink beer the night before.

Day 5 fucked w my head. Had to have a buddy talk me off the ledge.
Then, I had solids STILL coming out day 7 and caught myself thinking LFG more days.
