May as well get to this fast because Marxists/Leftists have always counted on a population’s respect of the legitimacy of courts and law enforcement to achieve authoritarian powers.

Would probably make sense for the populace to elect their Federal judges based on district.

Would have the same issue with venue and standing by having the Hawaiian judge issue a nationwide injunction.
