Was never hard. Use the TV contracts and the athletic department funding for players we are starting next year to make base salaries for all players by conference. Any legitimate advertisements and endorsements are fine, just have to be approved by a governing board. Beyond that, fuck off. Go play in the XFL or CFL if you can't handle just having this for three damn years. Or, sue the NFL and their age requirement.
