*ICE then began deportation proceedings against Abrego Garcia, and when Abrego Garcia sought to be released on bond before his hearing, a judge denied his bond, finding that “the evidence shows that he is a verified member of MS-13”. A DOJ executive office of immigration review panel later upheld that finding.*
Ouff, remember to deny the evidence, not question your sources moving forward, and then when it comes out this is right be sure to move on without acknowledging it ever again.
And ftr he does not, in fact, have to be a gang member to get deported.
Is there a link to a writeup on the actual facts at hand in this case? A dumb blonde saying "fact! … such and such" is not so convincing. My understanding is the guy had protected status. He probably was an asshole, but the problem is sending somebody straight to hell without due process if indeed he had protected status.
Dude crossed illegally, was going to get deported and changed his story to an asylum case and had that denied because he didn’t lead with it. Then had an anchor baby. The gang stuff is a complete red herring.
I think I will wait a couple of days until the hype dies down. By then I predict we will see that he probably was a gang member but still had "protected status" which I thought entailed the requirement that he wasn't to be deported without a hearing. Even so, I don't think "deported" is the right word. He's been sent to hell basically. Probably as part of the punishment in El Salvador they have an internet browser which forces them to read Tug.
What's hilarious is the entire reason for the hold on deporting him to El Salvador was based on him potentially facing reprisals as an MS13 gang member.

Shocked
He was also here illegally. It’s a trap to play into the due process narrative that something like that needs to be proved.
It's hilarious to see the left yet again defend an illegal gang member's right to due process when they threw all that out for 4 years though.
Keep picking the shittiest hills possible to die on out of desperation please.
please to be providing proof.

Here’s a X thread you won’t read.
Just came here to post that
But why don't you believe the Atlantic?

The tariff war will push this out of the headlines, and by then most of you won't care what the facts are anyway.
Tell us about the tariffs now then.
So nothing then. I’m sure there’s some grammar errors somewhere that you can weigh in on.
I'm working on it. Incidentally, it seems like Everett's grammar has improved a little lately.

You can't hate the media enough.
You trotted out KJP for years, who couldn't pour piss out of a boot with the directions on the heels, and call Leavitt a "dumb blonde?" That's rich.
AOG loves him some murderous gang members. But J6 grannies didn't need trials!
"likely member"
meaning no proof.
No proof required as has been proven repeatedly
