I don't get a lot of the fans on X about yesterday. We were last place. As soon as Diallo and Kepnang said they were going to be back you knew that everyone else on this year's roster was going to be told to leave. I didn't think this guy was a core piece, he was just kind of awkward on both ends of the court.
I was surprised to see a Husky in the 2025 mock draft.
Yeah our fans were high on him all year but he looks like so many lanky guys that can shoot a 3 but otherwise will never put it together on defense especially but everyone just holds on because of the measurables.
I watched every basketball game this year and him and DJ Davis were just not it. We had no flow, poor basketball IQ on both ends. Just physical potential.
Somerville is rated a better portal prospect by recruitniks than any of the stiffs that walked away/were pushed from the program. Get some tough guys in here, last year’s squad was about as mentally weak as any I can remember.

Losing Mason and Harris, the only two players on the team to shoot over 40% from 3 is a bit perplexing. Diallo needs to work on his outside shooting this summer, no, now.
Because neither can do much unless they are camping and get a shot set up for them.
