She just finished her first round action of the LPGA Blue Bay Tournament in China. Hardcore Husky's adopted 21-year old rookie did like she often does… Double-bogeyed the third hole and was +3 after five holes. She then goes on to birdie 7 of the next 9 holes. She finished the day with a 69, -3. She's tied for fourth place.

Ina Yoon just finished her second round. She shot a 73 (+1) and now sits at 16th place at -2 under par, 5 shots off the pace. She made the cut so she should win some money for the first time in her LPGA career.

I'm keeping an eye out. Can't watch any golf until baseball starts and my Fubo reactivates. I'm thinking $105/month is a lot just to watch golf.

Yikes… she shot a 78 in the final round. Finished in 33rd place. Received her first LPGA check at $15,428

Yesterday at the Ford Championship in Chandler, AZ, Ina Yoon shot 65 (-7) and is two strokes back after one round of play. Nary an article of her anywhere that I can find without spending more than five minutes looking.

Well, our girl Ina Yoon made TWO eagles on Sunday and shot 65…. but alas, finished in 22nd place and I believe tied with Nelly Korda. She earned about $22,500.

16 groups play a round robin with one per group advancing to the sweet 16. A tie, and it looks like there will be one in her group is broken by a playoff

Got it, thanks. I had thought it was NCAA tourney style.
BTW… Yes she's attractive and all that, but one of things I love about her (besides the long drives) is that she really, really, really hates losing. I got the sense that she was not very popular among her peers in the KLPGA.

Good god what a wild match. Yoon had birdied four of five holes and was 2UP. Then she bogeyed three holes in a row and was down down 1. But then on 14, Coughlin double bogeyed, so they are tied heading to 15.
