My only hesitation as an employer - if she's badmouthing MAGAs online, who's to say she's not spitting in the MAGA customer's food or worse? Maybe she's got some symbol she puts on the MAGA customers' tickets and the cooks pisses in their soup?
Businesses exist because of their customers and alienating any portion of them just isn't good practice.

Hunting people down that just post on the internet is 100% lame/loser behavior, both sides (besides like the Bellevue grade school teacher).
I think her being attractive and therefore more recognizable is a bigger part of this.
