Most of the Arab countries weirdly have way higher rates than western countries. But yeah it’s probably the diagnostics. I don’t have an opinion on what it is, just know to discount opinions that aren’t curious and trust the science.

“I’m curious” doesn’t mean anything when you know absolutely nothing about it, and are discounting people who have been researching it for decades and are professionals in their field. You know, because you’re curious.
Not that that stops anyone here. “I’m just asking questions” is what created pseudoscience to begin with.
