Good morning fine gentleman (minus anyone who will respond to this that I am HuskyBuck)!
Today there was a runway incursion caused by Flexjet not holding short properly in Chicago. I commend ATC for providing proper instruction. Also, the pilot sounded like a white male in his 40's. Clearly no DEI in place there.

We have an a shortage of air traffic controllers. The dementia patient's FAA put a hold on hiring well-qualified air traffic controllers to make the DEI ratio look better.
