Chia or Flax Seeds
@BleachedAnusDawg did get me hooked on the non round up Costco Organic, Marin County Soccer Mommy approved oats. They are damn good and at the top of my list.

Berries
For the record, I agree that chia seeds are good. Hilarious that for all of my youth people were growing them on shitty clay sculptures rather than eating them.

Brussel sprouts, artichokes, broccoli- aka eat your veggies!
I just got some chia seeds delivered
Gonna start adding them to the morning shake

Don't worry. We will soon be covering the role of sexy time at it relates to making America healthy again.
There's a YUGE fucking sex recession in this country.

Avocados
Do you just put them in smoothies, or is there another way you eat them?

Refined bread and fruit. 🥑 With chia/flax seeds in a smoothie is probably the best option as some here have said.
🥦 Doesn't digest well and while I love it it's kind of a low-key thing to avoid when possible. Same with Cauliflower. Same with whole wheat bread with whole nuts and stuff in it. Whole nuts are a great source of fat but unfortunately also aren't a great option for your GI tract.
Apparently brussel sprouts also shouldn't be eaten either but one time at a Saturday market in Oregon I bought some pickled brussel sprouts that had hot peppers in it and it was one of the greatest things I've ever had.

Chia or Flax Seeds
They are best in any sort of liquid or sauce as they stop being crunchy and annoying really quickly that way. Pretty flavorless, toss them in a soup and you won’t even know they are there.
