Chia or Flax Seeds
I'm an avocado junkie, but I'm endlessly fascinated by these little chia seeds.
2 Tables Spoons have 10 grams of fiber which is like a 33% of your daily requirement. And all the omega 3.
If there's a better food for clearing out your corn hole, I'm not aware of it.

Chia or Flax Seeds
Plant toxins. LOL.

Nuts
I mean, yeah I guess if you are technically on a carnivore diet, eating fiber would mean you are not on a carnivore diet.

Nuts
I probably eat ~14 servings of nuts per week, so believe it would be #1. I eat my veggies so those are in there. I've started playing around with the chia seeds; they go nicely with greek yogurt or with milk to make chia pudding. (I still owe the board glycemic info on smoothies with and without chia seeds)
Love avocados and berries but those are definitely less than 14 servings per week.

Oats, nuts, and black beans. I absolutely love black bean burgers.

Chia or Flax Seeds
Dump some chia seeds in a smoothie. They bloat up with the water and you can’t even taste them. Pure protein and fiber.

Chia or Flax Seeds
Also, the chia seeds get stuck in one's teeth, so it's like healthy snack that you can save for later.

Berries
Chia seeds are only good for one thing.
