The Chiefs do seem to miraculously get the benefit of the doubt on basically every 50-50 call, phantom personal fouls, etc.
People don't like to see the same team in the Super Bowl every single year. More on this breaking news tonight at 6 pm.
The Super Bowl will get massive ratings no matter which teams are in it. Non-diehards watch it for the commercials as much or more so than the actual game played on the field.
BleachedAnusDawg is not going to watch this one, though. Skipped this matchup a couple years ago - no regrets. Fuck Philly fans and fuck the Chiefs.
You’d be correct. It’d be Trent and the other guys in his draft class in KC.
One of the most impressive things with the Chiefs run is their roster management and player scouting. Trent and Karlafkis are both 1st rounders from the 2022 or 2023 draft. Chris Jones was a 3rd rounder. They picked up Joe Thuney as a free agent. They’ve cut or traded guys due for big contracts because they already had replacements on the roster. It’s impressive.
The same people that watch for the commercials, no thanks. Depending on the halftime entertainment, I might glance a minute or two. If the NFL was smart they would have made Swift the halftime show and they would’ve gotten even a larger global reach.
Bring in Carrie UnderWOOD to sing the National Anthem, she killed it on January 20th.
He would be, because no team has ever won three in row, and it’s extremely rare to see a 1st or 2nd year player traded. So he probably is the first along with a couple of other guys the chiefs drafted in his class.
This goes beyond favorable calls. The Pats got them. The Bulls got them in the 90s. I get it. You win, you get some. The Patsies cheated so…
The refs are missing obvious calls like Josh Allen crossing the line and an interception turned drop which somehow turned into a Chief catch, and like someone said already, they benefit from every 50/50 call. It's so weird, or is it? This isn't new.
Taylor Swifter brings a lot of revenue in. Figure it out. They can rig elections (TITTT) but not a sport?
I skipped the first half of last year's SB. If I'm not doing anything or I get invited to some party, I'll probably watch, but I'm not going to plan around it. The NFL is getting more lame each year. I don't even understand the kickoff rules anymore and have no desire to learn.
Taylor Swift is going to be at the Super Bowl regardless of who’s playing. The only difference now is she’ll be be wearing a Kelce jersey and cheering when the Chiefs score.
It seems like the networks and the NFL are not showing her as much as they did during the playoffs last year.
I don’t see a ref screw job here though. The league got the two teams they wanted, and neither team adds any additional value to the league by winning as they have already crossed the finish line. I do like the Eagles here, and the superior lines usually decide Super Bowls, and the Eagles have the edge on both sides of the line.
Yes, they cut to her mostly if Travis is involved in a play and when KC scores. The actual game is more the star after the regular season. I’m sure the nfl will show her a ton during the SB because the game is actually longer.
Because celebrities go to the SB to be seen and to party. If the Chiefs had lost, she & Kelce could’ve easily taken a trip to a beach, get back on a plane to New Orleans and back to the beach.
You’re acting like they only have enough money for her private jet to take 1 round trip flight.

Cry harder
If everyone hates the Chiefs and wants to boycott the SB why would the NFL rig it for them?
Bills would bring massive ratings
5 super bowls in 6 years. Winners fucking win

Trent McDuffie is in his 3rd NFL season, has two rings and will play for a third. The REAL reason the Chiefs are unstoppable.
It might make him the first player ever to win three Super Bowls in his first three seasons, no?

Its a better start than the Patriots
Brady won his first three in a row in 4 years
Then lost 2 over the next 10. So he was 3—2 and I remember thinking that Joe Montana was safe
The the Pats go out with a bang winning 3 of 4 for a total of 6-3 over 18 years or so
Chiefs are in their 5th SB in 6 years and Patrick is 3-1 so far. He could get his 4th ring this year with 10 years plus left in his career
As noted the Chiefs are able to reload instead of disappearing
4 of 6 if they win, Tampa Bay and the Rams won between Mahomes 1st and 2nd Superbowl. I like Philly in this one
Uh, you ever heard of Taylor Swift? People who have no fucking clue about football, nor care about it, watch KC just because of her.
Who?

57 million viewers. UW Michigan holds the CFP record the last 5 years at 25 million

disagree, why would she go to the SB if not to support her guy/his team. Kelce needs a legit vacation if they lost last weekend.
They have made a lot of money from the Swiffer Chiefs merchandise. I "only" saw her twice when I watched the AFC CG, but I didn't watch all of it.

Who else is excited for Travis to propose to Taylor on the 50 yard line after catching the game winning TD for the first ever 3-peat?!???!?!?one?
