Runnin' with the Devil is one of the all-time first track singles. Guitar hero, God-tier song. Not my favorite song on the album, but I had to vote for it rather than write-in to try and get my beloved VH across the finish line in 1st place.
Otherwise, I would've written in I'm the One.

I hate to go against VH here, but Beast of Burden was a seminal moment in my freshman year of college.
Prior to arriving to UW @AtomicPiss I was pretty big Stones fan my collection and knowledge was still lacking on their best work. I mean I had Steel Wheels (LOI), Tattoo You, Big Hits, High Tide and Green Grass, It's Only Rock and Roll, and Let it Bleed in HS. I didn't discover Some Girls until freshman year in Lander Hall drunk off Schmidt cans. Sticky Fingers, Exile and Beggars followed in short order and The Stones dethroned the Beatles as my favorite group.

By 1971 the Stones were not just "trying" to good be good a cuntry. By Sticky Fingers they excelled at it and were by far the best UK act at fusing cuntry with rock, soul and the blues. Gram Parsons and Keith were BFF's and Gram gave Keith the cheat code on the cuntry music.
Some of the early cuntry attempts on Beggars was a bit more campy with them trying to get their reads down.
