There is a big court case that is about to get settled, and when it does schools will be paying directly. They are already planning on it. This will throw a huge monkey wrench into that…will lead to numerous lawsuits. May kill off the NCAA or Title IX in the process.
Final hearing is in April.

Title 9 is a great example of good intentions and bad execution
It definitely got women into sports at colleges and they care about that
When there was no exception for football because it pays the bills the handwriting was on the wall
There's still no exception for football
I think you'd have to dump the whole thing because these lawsuits aren't going away
