Can't You Hear Me Knocking - The Rolling Stones
Very trick year to sort out. There are multiple riffs on Sticky Fingers, Zep IV, and Into the Void which are worthy, but I tried to pick 1 from each LP

Layla - Derek and the Dominos
Aqua Lung is sneaky good
-
Into The Void - Black Sabbath
Black Sabbath easily.
-
Aqua Lung - Jethro Tull
It has attitude and drama. Great song.

Stay With Me - The Faces
Ride or die with Rod just to annoy @racebannon

Can't You Hear Me Knocking - The Rolling Stones
A tougher choice than it should have been for me, I’ve been on a Small Faces/Faces heater for a couple of weeks…

Into The Void - Black Sabbath
Tough choice.
Re: Black Dog, is the riff the entire guitar part that repeats after each verse? If so I probably should've voted for that. It seems a little complex to be considered a riff, but if it is it's one of the best ever for sure.

Per Yella Ai…
A guitar riff is a repeated sequence of notes or chords that gives structure and character to a song.

IFL the Faces. Rod’s best work by far.

F.O. Row Peter Puffer, you left off....
Sweet Leaf - Black Sabbath
I would rank Lord of this World right up there with Into the Void too
