either fish is a closer or he has a big slong. His misses is hot.
I think this is more of the size of the bag. The longer this goes the more likely I think he stays IF we? don’t fumble the bag. If we? lose I think it’s because our bags are too small.
Sooooo is UW done here? Mark me down for being underwhelmed. Like the HS recruiting class that Jedd said would be the best ever, there are some nice pieces, maybe even some true difference makers but are there enough? I was promised some major help and the two biggest acquisitions are a WR and a CB. Happy to have them, no doubt, don't get me wrong. I'm pretty sure every media outlet and Jedd himself said UW wasn't good enough in the trenches to compete in the Big Ten. That's what I saw too having to sit through a 6-7 season. I'm pretty sure a RT that is rumored to be moving to LT, a DL that hasn't been healthy in two years and a MAC DL that didn't make any ALL-MAC teams doesn't constitute as a major upgrade. kinda sounds like what they already have. If they end up picking up scrubs like Enok in the spring portal I'll be sorely disappointed. Maybe the young defensive and offensive lineman are ready to pop but until I see it I'll choose to bask in my downer mood.
We'll see some movement with the spring portal, but not a lot
This portal was more about filling in the holes from Lake's recruiting classes. For instance, we lost our top 5 LBs from this year, so we ended up filling those gaps with 3 additions
I get the LBs, that makes perfect sense. Bringing in two safeties seemed to run off their presumed best prospect at safety. Both lines worry me a lot. A legit guard that’s played a lot of snaps and a P4 DL that actually performed well last year would make me feel a lot better.
I’m poor, but I have ponied up what I could spare. Every little bit helps. Is it illegal to have a donation option at the stadium when I buy beer or a hot dog? I’m usually pretty drunk and if every time I tapped my card they asked if I wanted to donate $5, $10 or $20 I’d probably say yes each time. Multiply that by 10-15 thousand and you could make a nice chunk of change every game. Less hassle than doing the Montlake futures stuff.
I agree for the most part. Willis was probably the biggest get. We just needed like another 2 of him is the problem and it didn't happen. Been very underwhelmed with Carroll.
I am not sure they shouldn't have just kept Dixon over Tacario Davis. Dixon already has cred on the team as a top performer. Probably could have done for cheaper I would guess also. I will be impressed if he stays but not looking good.

fuck buddies.
I enjoyed watching him talk shit to Oregon during their tOSU ass whooping. Dude seems to like it here. Hope we can keep him.
Genuinely impressed by the social media campaign by fans to keep Thad around. UW fans care goddammit!
Which is FS when you look at the NFL. Seahawks drafted a nickel #5 overall and he seems to be doing quite well for himself.

Calling on @RaceBannon to step up and sell one of his investment properties he bought in 1947.
War bonds.
Has Dixon actually made a decision or is this still playing out like a soap opera? Just pay the kid and be done.
scheduled visits to the sip, ishigan, and bill jr and sr’s.
Dixon is dragging it out and enjoying the attention, but he’s gone.
Got your plunger with you, kid? The Richmond (Fightin') Spiders are on the docket next year.

How much money have you donated?
