So why aren't you pissed that Biden didn't commute Dylann Roof's sentence? He might be innocent. If Biden is commuting sentences because he opposes the use of the death penalty, why is Roof exempted?

It would be great if we would end the death penalty, and not because most people on death row are innocent, but because some are. 37 commutations is better than none.

We've been over this many times. You're unwilling to compromise even of the murderers who are obviously guilty and who are not even making arguments that they didn't do it. The guy that shot up Fort Hood is a prime example. So is the killer of Polly Klaus, there's no reason for either of them not to have been offed years ago.

"Let the police handle it" Civilization was intended to end tribal rivalries and let the state handle criminal prosecution rather than let the Hatfield and McCoys have intergenerational warfare. Some soy boys like the dazzler would be content to have his wife or daughter burned to death on the subway and let the police handle it. No death penalty of course. Just put him in jail and have him come up for parole or for commutation every few years so the family can go through the tragedy again and again. Team dazzler had their chance with life with no parole and then blue state governors started commutation. Have a murderer in jail for life and then he offs a fellow inmate in for five years for parading at the Capitol. What is the punishment? The state offs the killer so the family doesn't have the opportunity to.

Nope. Removing the President is either Impeachment or invoking the 25th Amendment or don't re-elect. Unlike revoking a prior president's Executive Orders which are subject to reversal by a new president, things like signing legislation or using the president's commutation/pardon powers can't be reviewed. Blame the dem Senate and Headboard for not performing their constitutional duties. Also the 81 million alleged members of Team Dazzler that elected a
