I am sure it has been said in here before, but many podcasts I listen to say to stay on the outside of the grocery store. Meat, fruits and vegetables, dairy.
Single ingredient food as much as is possible is the better solution IMO than preaching carnivore, vegetarian, etc. I happen to think it's easier to get to protein minimums by eating meat though personally.

So, eat nothing from a box, bag, can or jar. Not super easy, but I try.
