I was referring to the penalty they called on Sherman, not the 12 men on the field.

That was a terrible PI on Sherman. He didn't even get a hand on Dez until he caught the ball. Nice job tripping him up to save the score. Essentially, Sherm got a penalty for making a clean tackle.
