We are a poor.

going to get richer in the Big once full share starts.
-
Not bad; we? made nearly $150k. Each player earning us? around $1k.

Does this take into account how much these AD's cost?
Because for example Ohio State has written articles about begging fans for more money because they have (or maybe had) a shit ton of athletic programs to pay for. Way, Way too many. Way more than Alabama that was used for comparison in the article.
Washington has a beach volleyball team. That makes no sense, even with the LA schools still in your conference. There's probably a ton of other programs that just don't make sense in Seattle. I don't necessarily like it, but we probably don't need both a baseball team and a softball team.
Ideally we need to strip way the fuck down and elevate the hockey team to DI. They already have a decent arena provided by the NHL.

Agreed with all that. Seattle has always been a very natural hockey town. We? supported the fuck out of the Thunder Birds before the McKracken showed up. I think UW hockey would def draw. We're a stone's throw away from Canada. And we dropped D1 swimming years ago. Not that I GAFF about swimming, but it's an indoor sport and we're surrounded by water everywhere you look.

Blackrock Huskies? They'll choke the sport to death, until not a cent is left, then demand UW build a new stadium or they'll transfer the football program to U British Columbia.
That's when I find a new sport.
Maybe women's contortion…

You need women's sports to match the 100 or or so men's football and basketball players. That's a lot of sports. And once upon a time say 3 years ago before NIL there was a lot more money floating around
Coaches giving money back after a bad season will become more common. In fact the market for a head coach may go down. NFL players get paid more than the coaches who get fired every 3 years

beach volleyball is the most efficient title 9 sport, that’s why so many schools are adding it. The stadium/facilities cost almost nothing. And travel costs are very minimal because you only play 3-4 tourneys a year.

10-15x EBITDA.

Chinteresting and that's a good point.
