The elephant in the room is that the stadium was louder pre-renovation.

IMO that has more to do with fan behavior rather than stadium design, Husky fans today aren't nearly as vocal and crazy as they used to be.

I dinstinctly remember the first game post-renovation. We gave it to Boise State and it was as juiced as you could hope for. I could tell that it wasn’t as loud.
It’s still a great atmosphere and advantage, but it’s not as loud.

Move the students back to the 50 and it'll be loud again

With Baze's cousin from WSU we DEFINITELY upgraded. Some people don't see that it works because they don't understand the process.
