it’s actually going to be sort of a demotion for Steve. At Washington this is HIS defense. At UNC it’s Bill’s defense. Doubt he’ll see it that way being the fake coach in waiting and all but I think it is.

I was in section 229 straight up from that play. That was the loudest I will ever hear a football stadium. My ears were ringing for several days.

That's how I remember Husky Stadium when I went to games as a kid in the 80s and 90s. Pretty sure it contributed to my tinnitus.
