How many days has it been that haie has been been hiding like a bitch?

So if Oregon only wears non-traditional uniforms in games when they think they're going to lose, as haie the pathetic cunt has told us, why did they wear these uniforms Saturday night?
We're now being told by Husky fans that no UW fan expected to win this game against Oregon, and that it was somehow unfair and almost cheating for Oregon to play an experienced QB against their true Freshman QB. If that's the case why is Oregon wearing these uniforms?
Since we know haie is far too big a cunt to answer, Bill can you take you tongue out of haie's ass long enough in order to answer the question?
Did Oregon expect to lose a game that most UW fans are now claiming they never expected to win?

Haie has probably come to the conclusion that since Don James quit, UW just hasn’t been very good. And he’s too young to remember Don James at UW, so he’s mostly known losing
One good season under RickTwo good seasons under Petersen
Two good seasons under KDB
So really 5 good seasons in 32 years.
A .57 win% over that span.
4 conf titles
1 Rose Bowl W
1 Sugar Bowl W
Losing record against USC and Oregon. Thats it.
32 fuckin years. It is what it is.

lol I know his first name because Derek summoned us to the principal's office in January because we were too mean or something, and it bothers crybabies…all the constant name calling in the Tug which is probably 3 times worse is okay though, I guess
I don't know all that much about the conspiracy theory TBH, but it's funny to see all the meltdowns over it
-
-
So your tongue is still in his ass. Nobody "melted down" over it. But you're stupid and that canned response is all you really have.
-
who cares? We have bigger fish to fry
-
You fry your fish, I'll fry mine.
-
You melt down over anything. HTH.
-
I like to say "melt down" after I've just had my ass handed to me.
-
If we're working off the when Don James quite/ football being invented in 1994 arbitrary starting point…
Conference Titles:
Oregon - 7 (if you count 2020 you're silly)
UW - 4
Natty Game Appearances:
UW- 1
Oregon - 2
CFP Bids:
UW - 2
Oregon - 1
CFP Semi-Final Wins:
UW- 1
UO- 1
I won't argue the point that Oregon has a better resume than UW over the past 30 years, especially when you consider head to head and Oregon having been able to limit the damage of Helfrich and Taggart.
But while UW has excelled at the "lows" over the past 30 years, the "highs" aren't that far apart (although this season will give Oregon a boost). It's somewhat remarkable that UW can commit suicide so many times, and keep getting back to the top tier of sport.
-
You've been at the "top tier" once, with a very similar result to Oregon one of the two times they were in that position. If we're talking Conference Championships and Rose Bowls and BCS Bowl wins advantage Oregon.
-
I just said it give the edge to Oregon, but your top "top tier" remark I disagree with. Any reasonable fan would consider a Final 4 type season "top tier".
Top 4 Finishes:
Oregon -
2001 #2
2010 #3
2011 #4
2012 #4
2014 #2
Washington
2000 #3
2016 #4
2023 #2
Again, edge Oregon here, but Washington has had more than 1, and they've come more recently than Oregon's Chip heavy period of success.
If Lanning can pull if off this year, then you can rub it in our noses all you want. Until then it's an exercise in who's the King of Silver and Bronze medals.

Everyone fights over silver and bronze besides a few programs. Otherwise why bother?
Fiesta Bowl
Rose Bowl
Fiesta Bowl
Rose Bowl
Rose Bowl
Fiesta Bowl
2 finals
vs
Rose Bowl
23 years…
Sugar Bowl
1 final
And if you start adding up top 5-10 finishes the field expands to laughable.
This argument feels out of date, I guess, but I don’t know how we start fighting about things in the future yet (playoff win hair splitting?) but up until August of 2024 this is how we did it.We are (we were?) not the same.

Football started in 2000. lol
-
Most importantly, pal, I'm 3-2 against the Ducks since becoming an Oregonian.
-
For some of us. For others it ended.

Heard something interesting the other day. the last “first time” CFB champion was Florida in 1996.
#silverandbronze
-
I checked wiki and found they claim the start was after the 1998 season when the Pac and Big joined in. Tennessee won
However
The BCS did start after the 96 season so it's Florida. It's why 97 had Nebraska and Michigan split. Nebraska won the BCS
Florida also won the first stand alone BCS in 2007.
History is written by Florida

You and I have a different definition of "top tier" Playing in a game to determine who is the National Champ is the "top tier." Beating an 8-4 Purdue team in the Rose Bowl doesn't cut it.
-
2000 Miami was probably the best team in the country that year. Axe @creepycoug
-
I will never be denigrate or relitigate 1991 or any other LEGITIMATE voted champion. That’s how we did it. If you don’t respect and love the game, it’s history and it’s champions I don’t know why you’re here. It’s the same reason I laugh about 1966.
Also UW beat *Michigan to win it in 91. I was there.
-
Oregon State too

By the end of the year, a lot of people were making the case. Certainly, nobody wanted to play them. They probably had the best wins that year, beating No. 1 FSU who ended 11-2 and No. 2 Va Tech who ended 11-1. Without looking, it's not often you get a shot at #1 and #2 during the season. It was the 2001 team, only with Dan Morgan and Santana Moss. They beat up a 2 loss Florida team in the Sugar in a game with a score as misleading as they come. Miami was Tuff in those days.
I agree with multiple perspectives here. Washington recovers quickly when they recover. Oregon has been more consistent, and you can't write off the Chip era any more than you can write off the Peterman era. Both programs got super lucky with those hires, but then again I am of the opinion that you always get lucky when you get a good one because they are so hard to find and predict.
Some Washington fans have had a harder time than others accepting that Oregon is not some gimmicky flash-in-the-pan program and has established itself as a national power. Some Oregon fans forget their history, or at least choose to. What are you gonna do? As Race said the other day, there are always those fans whose can always find some rationalization for their rivals doing well and for your favorite team doing poorly. Schedules, buying players, class, higher ceiling, higher floor, doing it the right way, better fans, worse fans, piss bottles, wheel chairs, porking lots, Nike, Microsoft, boating, blue bloods, history, we're not trying, you're trying too hard, stadiums, Keith Jackson, standing ovations, etc. etc. etc.
My therapist told me long ago you can't change people.
-
blaming vanilla here
-
Not true. 2000 Miami is the team that UW beat and had a stronger case for being in the Natty game than Florida State (who they beat).
2001 Miami, of course, corn holed UW (thanks a lot Bin Laden) on their way to the Natty.
-
Yes I fucked up and blamed vanilla. Your quoting of me isn’t helping.
-
2009 was the last year I really thought Oregon was not legit, gimmick school. Chippy lost to Pete and Buck.
Whilst watching the 2010 Natty Game I had made my peace with Oregon getting their title only to be saved by Cam.
I don't see a therapist, but might need one if Lanning gets his Natty….lulz.
-
Completely agree. But you got then early and you weren't playing in a game to determine who was NC. Hell we beat your ass that year and you know we suck.
-
Washington beat a few really good teams in 2000.
they also lost to Oregonhth
