They're sitting their killing Ward because he couldn't find the wide open receiver that was...40+ yards down the field while the pocket had completely collapsed on him and he's running for his life?
Fucking come back to him so he can see you while he's about to get crushed dipshit.
Miami is a strength of schedule merchant this year and not even a good once at that. Wonder if Crisco has brought the SEC to Florida yet or some shit. Sherrone Moore has fellow schedule merchant Indiana on the ropes now too.
problem with seasons like this is it gets the coach off of the hot seat, which he was on, so the inevitable is deferred by X years. boards of trustees usually say “good job coach” when they get 9-win seasons. 10 wins is special. Except at Bama.
playoffs? If I’m on the committee Miami is out of the playoffs if they can’t beat Wake by 30. Same with Syracuse. Either game is close and they’re out.
They were never natty contenders. They should be in the playoffs so I don’t think mirage is true. They’re about what everyone thought they were. This 12 team thing is fucking with peoples heads.
Oregon and OSU would be playing to knock each other out in two weeks in the previous 100 years of football. Now we’re debating if we should even want to win that game.
There are a lot of pretenders this year with good records. CFB ain't what it was the past several years as far as dominant teams go. Not many good QB's this year, either. Boise State could beat anybody on a neutral field with how Jeanty can control the ball.
Now that I've had a few days to recover from my tantrum, I should also add that when this Miami team puts it together they can be decent to decent +. They have a nice little group of receivers, a very solid O line, a great stable of running backs, a couple of solid TEs, and a good D line that can get pressure. They've also built depth at many positions but are still a work in progress. They are weak against the pass and have little depth behind their starters. Their best DB is probably Frederique, who in addition to having a sissy last name is a freshman. Not good. But most teams have some flaw somewhere, and of course there is no reason in the world they should have lost to Georgia-Tech or been close to losing to Cal.
If Miami runs and makes you commit to the box and Ward is on, I think they can beat a lot of teams. But they have a penchant for hanging around and not doing anything in the first half, and Ward likes to carry the ball like Walter Payton, but he's not good at it. He's also streaky and can really miss people with this half-ass throwing motion. Fucking step into it and throw it like a man. Dude has a live arm when he does that. But he's way too street ball for my tastes.
my only point being they would justifiably be a team to overlook, which could make them dangerous for somebody. I would not expect it to happen In more than one game agains a quality team. They are flawed.

2:00 siesta, GT28-23. 4TH down, midfield. Playing not to lose play calling by GT.
Yellowjackets going to lose.

also, is there anything worse than watching your team suck cock AND have to listen to the D crew because your game doesn’t even get the JV announcers?
no.
also, “Meesh” Powell is so fucking slow. thanks Dwag. Just how desperate for DBs was Miami?
Seems like an overreaction pal
want to check that comment just now?
wake forest 4-6.

I suspected they were fake early TBH.
well that changed quickly 😂
they need to stop calling Ward a Heisman hopeful. Hunter gets that trophy easy and Ward isn’t close.
dude has been erratic for weeks now.
42-14
mirage
and not Cam Ward. Running backs did that. D line showed up second half.
should not have been close. Was for a long time.
But it’s NOVEMBER!!!
