Don't get too excited: Biden is, of course, rigging the election by forcing Virginia (which is now in play) to put non-citizens who admitted they are non-citizens back on the election rolls so they can vote for Democrats:

It should never be illegal to remove an illegal voter. The Commonwealth of Virginia will appeal this decision -- all the way to the Supreme Court, if necessary.

If they actually vote, it gets investigated. Most will be found to have checked the wrong box. Georgia recently uncovered a grand total of 9 illegal votes cast (8.2 million voters). Why did Virginia wait until only a handful of days remained before an election? (Rhetorical question.)
