According to Jason Kovac, MD, PhD, of the Men’s Center in Indianapolis, Indiana, “Soy proteins contain significant amounts of the phytoestrogen isoflavonoids that change to estrogenic substances with potential hormonal properties.” But eating plant estrogens doesn’t mean you’re going to grow man boobs.
Kovac highlights the 2010 meta-analysis published in Fertility and Sterilityas the best literature to consider, where researchers reviewed 15 placebo-controlled treatments and 32 reports. The results suggested that soy protein and isoflavones do not affect testosterone levels in men — regardless of age.
With that said you will also find a number of articles claiming phytoestrogen isoflavonoids are safe and effective. I did see two studies from NIH/PubMed taking opposite sides of the debate.
But it seems pretty clear they raise estrogen levels in men while leaving testosterone unchanged.
Being vaccinated according to the US medical profession is the ultimate virtue signaling and showing how important it is for community safety. And yet the same type of bureaucrats are busy importing unvetted and unvaxxed illegal aliens into the US by the millions. Same people will cite a homeowner for building an unpermitted deck on his house but ignore the homeless camp on the other side of his fence on a public parkway.

Same here. Also tossed all plastic utensils after reading about the black plastics from electronics leaching flame retardants into utensils.
