Keep Me From Being Chicken Little

You've convinced me we manage 6 wins and get the all important extra practices bowl a la Sark in year 3 or whatever.
7 wins with a TUFF bowl win against #myvandals in Vegas.
-
A lot of teams benefitted from the extra Covid year. Washington and Michigan did a lot because they had players signed by a coach and staff that are exceptional at talent assessment, development and they didn't have a bunch of guys like Georgia or Alabama who are guaranteed big time draft picks after their third year. Oregon, for example, got a quarterback who got to play a fifth year of starting college football and has another one this year.
-
What are we talking about now? I thought we were talking about Washington's season and your recent panic attack.
COVID seems unrelated.
-
I hate Vanilla. Was replying to a thread within a thread within a thread of someone explaining that UW wasn't the only school to benefit from the COVID year.
-
Cuogs on X: "JUST BOUGHT MY PLANE TICKET TO SAN DIEGO ST!!!" that haven't been to a WSU game since 2018.
I'm not giving those losers the satisfaction of caring about this game. B1G schedule matters, not a non-con game in a shit tier pro stadium.
-
Bump for the MIGHTY San José State Spartans
-
Bump.
-
I'm surprisingly not as bad as I would assume. I kind of feel like the Coug. Our program ended when we lost the natty and DeBoer left and our last chance to do anything was to get a meaningless revenge win over Michigan.
-
We might have a progrum again one day, could take 8, 16, 32 years. Any more than that and football won’t exist.
-
Can maybe find a coach outta all this… need a 5 win fish
-
we? have 30 yr runs. Hopefully I’m dead in 30 yrs though.
-
You only bring up the times you were right
-
6-6 still in reach! Finish strong boys!
-
I love the bowl game extra practice copium when half the 2025 starters for UW aren't even on the roster.
-
The cup is half full
-
Bump.
What say you @creepycoug ?
Do our dwags knock off the mighty 4-5 bruins to make bowl eligibility?
-
I hope for my fren, @creepycoug, that he was able to overcome what ever was causing the large consumption of inebriates* that precipitated these mid-September predictions.

D Will will get the start and blow UCLA's shithole open or Rog will get the start and paint UCLA's throat.
We don't lose at home and that's the bottom line.
-
we? beat UCLA at home rather easily. Call it 31 to 17. Coleman cooks and Bruener Brueners.
-
Was just thinking about this thread. I think we see a repeat of the USC game, which comes down to the last play.
-
Garbers is better than Milton Mork or whoever SC's QB was.
Ucla wins by 14. UW is broken.
-
Yep Fisch blows the only thing left and loses at home. Bruins beat UW and USC to go bowling while Trojans and DAWGS sit home
-
Nope
DAWGS
-
Not sure on that, but am SURE Deshawn won't have Garbers throw it 28 times in 1st half versus 8 runs, when UCLA can get 4-5 pretty consistently.
I also wonder on UW's head space. They knew the plunger was coming Saturday, than have a bye the following week, followed by a repeat of Penn State and the 2008 post apple cup game vs. Cal with kicker that since it's personal it could be worse if Oregon decides they want to exercise last 3 games and 2 years of frustration.
This team could be in checkout mode come Friday night in front of 50k fans and 20k empty seats.
-
UW checked out in September. This team doesn’t like the coaches and they don’t give a shit.
-
UW doesn't lose at home despite the same poasters predicted losses in the last 2 home games
-
Yeah and Indiana sucks. And Iowa. And Rutgers
Wave those pom poms we can go 6 and 6!!!!!!22×@@!@×2÷$%-°°°
-
lotta doog cope going on
-
You guys? just won last week.
This board is better when UW loses but even for me that has its limits.
-
USC hates their coach more
