    Switzerland has the most beautiful mountains in the world. Glacial blue pristine lakes. The mountain passes are killer. Furka and Grimsel would scare the shit out of you. Wide roads. Slower pace. Cheese huts. Hot women. Villages with no cars. Genoa is a shithole of a traffic nightmare with dumbasses on motorcycles and 4 wheelers weaving in and out of traffic like a bunch of maniacs.

    In Switzerland, you can hike up a mountain all day and there is a bar waiting for you at the top. That is pretty fuckin cool. Also, the girls are not so hot and will therefore gang rape American men. I prefer mountains over coastlines, but I know that is the minority opinion.

    I only looked at the map from a distance. It didn't turn out to be the shortcut I was planning on.

    I've also done the entire Europe circuit. But for anyone seeking a bargain and a great time - Croatia. Granted, my report is 8 years old, but the beer is cold, seafood is excellent, everything is cheap (Dubronik)

    My cousins in the UK consider it something like what we think of Mexico here

    You can also hike and explore former Yugaslavian installations. Good times
